Earth Realty is a distinguished and active member of the Lowell community.

Our developments house art galleries, a theater, and artist work-spaces. These beautifully renovated buildings have helped attract many artists and other members of what is now called “the creative class” to Lowell. This community of creative individuals now constitutes a large and growing segment of the city’s population.

Earth Realty Co. is proud to support many local cultural and civic organizations. Our founder, John DeAngelis, serves on the board of directors of the Cultural Organization of Lowell, better known as COOL. With a mission that calls for it to support and provide for Lowell’s cultural attractions, such as the city’s thriving arts and culture district and many museums, COOL helps drive the cultural renaissance in Lowell.
