The Ayer Pharmaceutical Building

Built in the mid-1800s, The Ayer Pharmaceutical Building combines living, commercial, and art gallery spaces to form a true multi-use environment.

Located at 181 Market Street in downtown Lowell, the structure was the first building in Lowell to be developed as luxury loft space. This project launched a movement that continues throughout the city today.
